SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently, we ship in the United States only.
DO WE COMBINE SHIPPING?
Yes! If you place multiple orders prior to the shipment dates for your State/growing zone, then we will combine the orders, recalculate the shipping cost, and refund you the difference. We can only combine Tuber shipments with other tuber shipments and Cuttings Shipments with other Cuttings Shipments. This is a manual process for us and will be done immediately prior to shipping. An email notification of the refunded amount will be sent to you.
Shipping Dates for TUBERS
We will begin shipping as soon as weather permits. This varies depending upon the State and growing zones.
In general, we can begin shipping to warmer areas as early as mid-March. These zones typically include Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
For all other states, shipping won’t begin until April 1st unless weather permits earlier shipping.
Shipping will continue through April. Generally, these zones include the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Shipping Dates for rooted cuttings
We begin shipping rooted cuttings as early as April 1st. Some zones cannot ship until later.
ALL ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION TO YOUR EMAIL AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.
All orders are packed with love. Once we begin shipping on the approximate dates shown above, it will take a few weeks for all orders in that area to ship out of our farm. The earlier in the season the order was placed, the earlier they ship out within their shipping times.
IMPORTANT!! COMBO ORDERS AND SHIPPING COSTS: HOW IT WORKS.
You may order Tubers and Rooted Cuttings in the same order, but we CANNOT ship tubers and cuttings in the same package and so there are two shipping fee schedules. The website's check-out system will calculate a shipping rate at the time of checkout based upon what is in your cart.
If you only have tubers, then only the tuber shipping fee schedule will apply.
If you only have rooted cuttings in the shopping cart, then only the rooted cuttings shipping fee schedule will apply.
HOWEVER, if you have BOTH tubers and rooted cuttings in the shopping cart, then the website's check-out system will calculate two shipping fees that are combined into a single shipping rate.
FOR EXAMPLE, if you purchase $28 dollars' worth of tubers in an order and $78 worth of rooted cuttings in the same shopping cart, the system will calculate a combined shipping amount of $29.00. That is $9.00 for the tuber shipment and $20.00 for the Rooted Cuttings shipment.
Again, the reason for this is that we CANNOT ship tubers and cuttings at the same time. They will arrive in two separate boxes with separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Confirmation
If you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the package tracking number on the evening your order has shipped. Remember, we ship all retail orders through the United States Post (USPS) office, so we need your mailing address.
ALL ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION TO YOUR EMAIL AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.
Re-Stock Fee
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter your mailing address correctly.
IT MUST BE A USPS MAILING ADDRESS.
If an order is shipped to the address provided by the buyer and is returned by the Post Office or the order is refused/returned to us for any reason, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply before a refund is issued – shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. If an order needs to be re-shipped, shipping/handling charges will apply.
Lost Package
If your order tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we ask that you take the tracking number provided in the shipment email to your local Post Office for assistance locating your package. Many times, a package will be incorrectly marked delivered but taken back to the Post Office for pickup as your mail delivery person did not feel safe leaving the package at that time. If an order is lost in shipment and we can provide documented delivery, the order will be replaced at the buyer's expense. We are not liable for packages left at your delivery address.
